Returns
You have 14 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Gift cards
- Sale items
- Personalized or customized products
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The time it takes to receive your refund may vary depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at support@hotselectionstudio.com to arrange the exchange.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with details and photos of the product. We will provide instructions on how to return the item and will cover the return shipping costs.
